These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Kinet, an online calisthenics training platform available at kinet.pro and related websites, applications, and services.
Kinet is operated by Vladimir Paramonov, registered as an individual entrepreneur in the Republic of Armenia under registration number 20285061 and taxpayer identification number 286.1580471, operating under the trade name Kinet / Kinet.pro.
By using Kinet, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.
Kinet provides an online platform for calisthenics training, including:
Kinet is an educational and fitness information platform. It is not a medical service, healthcare provider, or personal coaching service.
Kinet is not intended for children under the age of 13.
If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use Kinet only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the service, you confirm that you are legally allowed to use online services and enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

If Paddle is used, Paddle may act as the merchant of record for your purchase. This means Paddle may handle payment processing, billing, invoices, applicable taxes, and payment-related customer support according to its own terms and policies.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the payment terms presented during checkout.
Kinet may offer free trials for certain subscription plans.
Unless stated otherwise during checkout, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.
You are responsible for cancelling before the end of the trial period if you do not want to be charged.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription through the available account settings, billing portal, or by contacting support.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments unless otherwise required by law or approved under our refund process.

Use of Kinet does not create a personal trainer, coach, doctor, therapist, or healthcare provider relationship.
The platform provides general educational content and tools. It does not replace professional instruction, medical advice, or individualized coaching.

All content, design, software, graphics, illustrations, skill tree structures, text, logos, branding, and other materials available through Kinet are owned by Kinet or its licensors.
You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless we provide written permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from Kinet content without permission.
Kinet may store your training progress, skill status, subscription status, and related account data to provide the service.
You retain ownership of your personal data. However, you grant us the right to process and use this data as necessary to operate, improve, secure, and provide the service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
We may also update features, remove features, change subscription plans, or modify the platform as the product evolves.
We are not liable for temporary interruptions, maintenance, data loss, or changes to service availability, except where required by law.
You may stop using Kinet at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
